The Behavioral Health Concierge is an online service to help you and your family with life stressors, mental health challenges, or addiction. Licensed behavioral health clinicians provide confidential, counseling, care advice, and access to self-help resources.

Talkspace – Virtual therapy and psychiatry for ages 13+
Talkspace is a virtual therapy service that provides personal behavioral health and emotional wellness support through online counseling and therapy. You can talk to a counselor through text, voice, or video messages anytime, from anywhere.

Equip – Virtual eating disorder treatment for ages 6+
Equip is an online service with trained professionals who evaluate and help people with eating disorders and other mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Charlie Health – Virtual intensive, personalized therapy for ages 11-30
Charlie health is a comprehensive virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP) for teens and young adults that offers treatment from home. The program combines personalized care and peer support to help with long-term healing.

Search for a provider using these steps:
- Go to the Provider Directory and search using your Member ID
- Select “Find a care provider”

Care Management & Crisis Support
Providence Health Plan offers licensed clinicians and specialized help for your behavioral health needs. You have a personal Care Management advocate to help you manage your health and find the care you need. You also have crisis support, along with calling 988, the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are having a crisis or suicidal thoughts, you can call us for immediate help. This support is free for all Providence Health Plan members, making it easier to get the help you need when you need it most.
