Flu prevention
Providence Health Plan recommends that everyone who is six months old or older should get a flu shot. This is important for people who are 65 and older, pregnant women, young children, and people with long-term health issues like heart, lung, or kidney disease.

Quitting tobacco is easier with support. Counseling, medication, and personalized plans from a Quit Coach increase your chances of success. We offer free support groups, phone counseling, medications, and classes for all members.
