The CDC recommends that most individuals age six months and older get a flu vaccine each year. It is the number one way to protect yourself and reduce symptoms of the virus.

COVID-19
If you have a friend or family member who is unvaccinated for COVID-19, you may be worried about their health and well-being should they contract the virus. You may also be concerned that they might spread the virus to others.
Practice whole self-care
Stay on top of your health by eating lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, being physically active for at least 30 minutes most days, reducing stress, and being your best weight.
